Nkozi Knight serves as Chief Strategy and Operations Officer at NEST Healthworks LLC, where he helps lead strategy, operations, and partnerships focused on improving systems that support newborn care, families, and healthier communities.

A United States Navy veteran, Nkozi brings a leadership background rooted in service, discipline, and systems thinking. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Law Studies and completed his MBA with a focus in finance and accounting, earning high academic distinction.

Throughout his career, Nkozi has led enterprise-level strategy, operations, risk, reporting, and business transformation initiatives. He has built a reputation for taking complex ideas, aligning people around a clear vision, and turning strategy into measurable results. His work has centered on improving systems, strengthening operations, building partnerships, and helping organizations move from planning to execution.

Beyond his professional work, Nkozi is deeply committed to service. He has served on nonprofit and alumni boards focused on financial literacy, creative arts, veteran support, homelessness, education, and community advancement. He is also a founding past president of a university Black alumni association and has served on a national alumni board.

Whether he is working with healthcare leaders, mentoring students, building businesses, or strengthening community systems, Nkozi views leadership as a responsibility to create impact, open doors, and build something that lasts.
